File naming
File naming best practice is to include the title & isbn and no spaces:

or

Extra info:
When uploading to the website you will be given the opportunity to add extra info (see image 1):
Title:
This is used internally to help you locate files when you search the library. It defaults to the file name, but you can add your own.
Alt text:
Used by search engines and those browsing who are visually impaired to describe the image.
The more relevant information surrounding an image has, the more search engines deem this image important. It’s best practice to make sure this is filled in.

File format and sizes
You can upload images with larger pixel sizes than the stated minimum widths – but file sizes greater than 2 meg are unnecessarily large and will just take up storage space on the server.
When creating new publications the correct pixel dimensions are given in the form (See image 2):
Covers:
Minimun width 800px
Look inside:
Minimum width 1200 pixels
IMAGES file size not to exceed 2meg
